After nearly 24 hours traveling, from Seoul to Moscow, Moscow to London then London to Nottingham I was finally back home. My once little puppy is now a big 17 month old dog. She still remembered me though so I was happy. She went crazy spinning around and jumping on to me.
My mum and dad had even put up a welcome home banner and balloons :)
It was strange because as soon as I walked through the door it felt like I had never been away! Most things are the same, handling English money yesterday was a little weird but I’ll get used to it.
I’ve already started to look for jobs, some serious ones and also retail ones to keep me going (can’t waste all my savings now!)
Time will only tell how things will work out for me here but so far it hasn’t been too bad. I already miss Korea and my life there but that’s natural right? As my mum said when I told her I had a little cry on the plane, if I didn’t feel sad what would that have said for my experiences there and for my friends there. Which is very true.
